Downer's Energy & Utilities business unit is seeking a Resource Management Team Lead to join our National Service Delivery Team. This leadership role is pivotal in motivating and guiding a high-performing team to consistently meet customer commitments while managing daily resource management functions. You will drive workforce productivity, ensure technical capability, and foster a culture of excellence and Zero Harm across the team.

We are looking for a dynamic leader with:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management.
  • Proven experience leading a professional and technical Work Management team in a service-based industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to optimise workforce allocation and manage labour costs within budget.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and relevant workforce management systems.
