We're in an exciting phase of growth, expanding our creative capabilities to bring even more sustainable, imaginative designs to families worldwide. As part of this journey, we're introducing a brand-new senior role that will shape the future of our collections. Reporting to Head Of product you will be working closely with the Creative Director and the Design and Sourcing Manager to develop innovative, on-brand children's wear collections.

The Role

As our Senior Creative Designer, you'll translate seasonal inspiration into bold, sustainable children's wear collections that align with our caring brand ethos.

What You'll Do

  • Lead seasonal creative research, mood boards, colour palettes and themes.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Design & Sourcing Manager to ensure creative vision and commercial appeal.
  • Design original illustrations, dream up story-driven prints, and oversee technical refinements.
  • Select sustainable materials and trims that echo our ethical standards.
  • Stay informed on trends, competitor activity, and consumer data to refine range direction.
  • Present collections to internal teams and support marketing styling to amplify brand storytelling.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years creative or design experience, including 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio including mood boards, brand storytelling, and print design.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
  • Sharp commercial mindset: balancing creativity with margin targets and sustainability.
  • Proven leadership skills, organized, detail-oriented and collaborative.
  • Passion for sustainability, ethical production, and children's wear.
