Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
We're looking for an AML Compliance Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance programme.
In this role, you'll complete customer due diligence for our customers and farmers, ensuring all AML documentation is accurate and up to date. You'll manage caseloads efficiently, resolve queries with precision, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen our compliance framework.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Completing customer due diligence tasks in line with AML/CFT legislation and company policy.
* Delivering outstanding service to customers and farmer entities.
* Managing escalations proactively and ensuring timely resolution.
* Staying current with AML/CFT training and legislative changes.
* Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and compliance improvements.

You're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
To be successful, you'll have
* Secondary school qualifications (compliance certifications such as CAMS are a plus).
* 2+ years' experience in AML/CFT, legal, banking, professional services, or risk and audit.
* Strong administrative background and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a large corporate environment preferred.

* Commercial acumen, planning, and organisation.
* Strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to navigate complex customer conversations with confidence.
