Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Coach / Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support a large, complex programme of work. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments, brings strong analytical capabilities, and is passionate about mentoring teams to deliver high-value outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and delivery teams to embed agile ways of working.
  • Mentor delivery squads to improve and accelerate product delivery.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and support Scrum practices as a Scrum Master.
  • Assist teams in understanding and delivering on their scaled agile responsibilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor across projects and the wider business, adapting to changing priorities and identifying risks.
  • Contribute to the uplift of BA frameworks and capability, ensuring best practices and high-quality artefacts.
  • Analyse and design new systems and processes to meet business needs and drive improvements.
  • Perform business analysis tasks including requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping, and functional specifications.
Your Experience
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as an Agile Coach, with solid hands-on Senior Business Analyst experience in large, complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of agile values, principles, and a growth mindset.
  • Proven experience facilitating agile events and building agile capability at team and organisational levels.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Value Streams, Product Ownership, and Change Management.
  • Experience in ICT systems and digital product delivery.
  • Advanced business analysis skills and proficiency in analytical tools.
  • Skilled in business process analysis, mapping, and redesign for efficiency.
  • Proficient in using UML diagrams and data models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-management.
  • Initiative-driven and proactive in addressing issues.
