About the role
Revolut's People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We're growing rapidly, and to support this expansion, we're looking for a People Partner (HR Advisory) to drive our People strategy in New Zealand and support growth across Europe. You'll shape policies and procedures and embed culture across the team.

What you'll be doing
- Acting as a strategic advisor and coach to leadership, supporting organisational development, cultural integration, and high-impact decision-making
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that meet Revolut's standards and local New Zealand employment regulations
- Partnering with central HR to optimise operations, drive automation, and ensure customer-centricity
- Owning performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes
- Monitoring compliance with local employment laws, including direct liaison with relevant New Zealand authorities
- Promoting Revolut's culture and values while embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion in day-to-day operations
- Providing cultural coaching to enable effective cross-border collaboration
- Leading People initiatives that support business goals, from compensation benchmarking to training and engagement programmes
- Helping build a balanced scorecard and success metrics for the new entity
What you'll need
- 5–8 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to high-growth or regulated environments (e.g., fintech, banking, scale-ups)
- Proven success as a strategic HR leader in an international, multicultural context
- Deep knowledge of New Zealand labour law and regulatory requirements
- Experience with policy development, performance management, and compliance
- An analytical mindset and experience working with data-driven HR practices
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Experience working in or supporting a regulated financial institution
- Knowledge of banking-specific HR controls or compliance frameworks
- Expertise building HR operations from scratch in a startup or scale-up
- Experience working within group-wide and local HR structures
