What You'll Do

  • Bring the vibe; greet every guest like they're walking into the best party in town.
  • Own the floor; take orders, run plates, and keep the energy high through busy services.
  • Talk tacos & tequila; upsell our menu and pair drinks with confidence (don't worry, we'll train you up on the good stuff).
  • Back the team; support your crew so service is always smooth and fun.
  • Keep it fresh; from resetting tables to making sure the dining room looks sharp.
  • Deliver unforgettable experiences; guests should leave already planning their next round at Margo's.
