As a Front of House team member at El Camino Queenstown, you will be the face of our venue, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Your role will involve engaging with customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Guiding guests to their tables and assisting with seating arrangements
- Providing detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, ensuring a seamless dining experience
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area
- Collaborating with the entire team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and menu items
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
