We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a high level of accountability to join us and provide support to our Corporate Agribusiness Senior Associates.

This is a fixed-term opportunity until end of August 2026.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?

  • Providing dedicated support to Corporate Agribusiness Senior Associate, and occasionally Partners when required.
  • Enhancing the client experience, taking ownership to resolve client requests / problems to ensure the client gets the right outcome.
  • Administrative tasks required for our customers day to day activities including post approval tasks, onboarding, ongoing customer due diligence.
  • Variety of "one off" or "out of the box" tasks or queries, which you will be able to deliver results due to your existing networks and resourcefulness.
  • Involves some supporting credit aspects, such as understanding and amending ALOCs for document preparation.

What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?

The ideal candidate is someone currently working within agribusiness banking, and has the desire to expand their skill set with exposure to more complex tasks. You'll need to have business banking experience, and ideally credit analysis skills. But most importantly the role will require an experienced and resilient , alongside a knowledge of or experience within agribusiness. You'll bring a can-do attitude, professionalism, confidentiality and a willingness to resolve customer queries as quickly as possible with a high degree of accuracy.

Your manager is primarily autonomous, but available at any time if required to support the candidate in their role.

What do we want you to know before you apply?

You'll support the Senior Associates across the country, therefore this role can be based anywhere across New Zealand where someone is happy to travel to a Partners Centre. You'll have a hybrid working arrangement with a mix of being based in a Partners Centre and WFH, however this is not a remote working opportunity.
