We're looking for a confident and service-driven Front Desk Associate to join Rapport in partnering with Deloitte team in Wellington, where you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for all client engagements.You'll be the first point of contact for clients and guests, delivering a five-star welcome and ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional, and memorable.

Ko ō kawenga | Your Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable arrival experience.
  • Provide concierge-style support including room setups, IT assistance, and catering coordination.
  • Maintain immaculate reception and waiting areas, ensuring a premium presentation at all times.
  • Respond to guest requests and feedback with discretion, urgency, and care.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to deliver a seamless guest experience.

He kōrero mōu | About You

  • Proven experience in a guest-facing role, ideally in a 4- or 5-star hospitality or corporate environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence.
  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office, booking systems, and phone systems.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Be hands on and happy to help out with other departments as and when required.
