Business growth creates opportunity within our Commercial Centre of Excellence team to partner with leaders within our New Zealand business, bringing financial perspective to business performance. Applying a strong commercial lens, this business partner will provide insight and make recommendations critical to outcomes, influencing business decisions from bid stage and throughout the project life cycle. As a trusted partner combining strategic macro-thinking with analytical insight, effective partnering will empower leaders to leverage opportunities and mitigate risk, for winning business and project success.

Mōu ake | About you
From a solid accounting background, your career will have evolved in commercial environments where the strength and value of the insights you share has been proven. You understand performance improvement levers, are able to identify opportunities and risks and have credibility and influence to collaboratively impact commercial decisions. You'll bring industry-related project experience and confidence to engage with multiple business leaders across diverse teams, clients and work-streams. Your gift of establishing relationships and interpreting relevant financial data to maximise understanding contributes to your partnering success. You view the world through a macro-lens, alert to political, social and environmental trends and the opportunities or risks they present. You are curious to explore ideas and test thinking, toward improvements and amplified value. You are an advocate for innovation and able to inspire and guide others, including remotely located team members.

Most importantly, you bring a 'best in class' approach to business performance and commercial success.
