The Human Resources Manager provides an HR consultancy service across the organisation that supports and meets the needs of internal customers. As a member of the operational Human Resource Business Partnering & Management leadership team this role contributes to the development and delivery of the strategic People & Communications plan.

The primary purpose of the role is to: Provide operational and strategic human resource management advice to a Directorate that supports the organisations business plan. (Although this role is based in Grafton, there will be some travel required to Greenlane if that is your designated area you are dealing with).
