**Te Mahi - About the job**

Working with the vibrant and collaborative People Team, You’ll be our ‘go to’ for the Auckland team providing kaimahi and people leaders with high quality and professional HR advice. There will also be opportunities to partner with team and senior leaders empowering them to make decisions that support our culture.

The People Team have big plans and bold goals so we need to grow our small team. We’re after an HR professional with an internal customer service approach who is passionate about helping us develop a constructive and inclusive culture. You'll complement our team well if you have experience working with people data, remuneration or employment law and are keen to be involved in and support a wide range of people initiatives.

**Ōu Pūkenga - About You**

Ideally, we're looking for someone with:

- Skills in influencing, coaching and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication skills, particularly active listening and the ability to provide support that is clear, focused and tailored
- Demonstrated ability to identify innovative and pragmatic business solutions and initiatives that meet both individual and business needs
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Proven ability to work independently, while also a team player
- A solid background in employment relations (preferred)
- The ability and drive to bring to life the People strategy and plan
