An incredibly exciting contract has arisen in the HR space for a HRIS Consultant in a well-known consultancy firm. You will join a fun and highly collaborative team while contributing to a fast paced and exciting industry.

**About the Role**

Our client is looking for a contractor to assist with the implementation and improvement of their HRIS systems. The HRIS Consultant will join a team of four and will be responsible for providing systems support to hiring managers and stakeholders. This will involve troubleshooting and using the technology to simplify processes and build an enhanced user experience.

**What you will bring to the role**
- You are technologically savvy and have experience working with HRIS systems. Whilst it is not essential having knowledge of Elmo, Cornerstone on Demand and Ascender would be beneficial
- You have experience ensuring system compliance, security, and risk management
- Strong relationship management with the ability to communicate across a broad range of stakeholders
- A continuous improvement focus, and with an innovative approach to solving problems
