**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated Inner City Lead to ensure the Rotorua CBD is developed, maintained, and presented to reflect our vision of a vibrant, welcoming hub. You will act as a key conduit between the Council and CBD stakeholders, coordinating engagement efforts and ensuring the high-quality delivery of Council priorities and services in the area.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the Council and CBD stakeholders
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities to foster collaboration and support
- Oversee initiatives that maintain and enhance the appearance and functionality of the CBD
- Support the delivery of Council priorities with a focus on sustainable, business-friendly development
- Monitor and report on the progress of CBD projects and initiatives
**About You**:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, urban planning, or community development
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
- Passion for creating vibrant, attractive urban spaces that meet community and business needs
