Salary + Bonus + Fully Funded Medical - Fulltime, permanent role - Based in Hillsborough, Christchurch (the role could be based in either Wellington or Christchurch). As an HR Business Partner, you will provide generalist team support to our growing multi-business environment. Reporting to the HR Manager, NZ & Fiji this role will support the implementation of the Group HR strategy and partner with 3 of our senior Business Leaders. Critical of course is to also support our managers and employees to ensure an engaged and productive team. Regional travel to enable you to have deeper relationships with your customers Diversified business to keep you interested **Supporting 2 region**: the Lower North Island and South Island, as well as our Rural Services which specialise in ground and aerial pest control This role is perfect for a person who has passion and excitement for adding value to our business and team members, through implementing strategies that strengthen our Company as a great place to work and grow our talented people. **Your role**: Align business objectives with employees and management Partner with key stakeholders on short and long-term HR Strategic needs Collaborate with the wider HR team on projects or activities to enhance the overall employee experience and promote a positive workplace culture (Living the Values) Participate in potential acquisition and integration activities Facilitate training and development programs to enhance Manager’s skills, knowledge, and capabilities (including coaching at various levels to enhance professional development) Build and foster trusted relationships based on credibility and open communication Provide HR advice in relation to policy and procedures, employment legislation, and assisting with the change process Implement and promote good HR practices that support change and manage risk Promote consistency in performance evaluation across the business Recommend improvements to HR processes and procedures to meet the changing needs of the business **What you have**: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Ideally experience working at an operational level within a services, sales, or operations environment Demonstrated confidence to positively challenge existing behaviors, and processes, be a champion of change to influence organisational effectiveness Resilience in the face of sensitive and challenging situations and able to self-regulate Solid exposure to the diversity of partnering with managers across a mix of blue and white-collar environments Confident problem solver with a calm under-pressure nature An intermediate level of computing skills and experience within Google Suite and Workday would be advantageous but not essential Strong communicator with demonstrated and proven influencing skills, empathetic, capable mediator, and an effective decision-maker based on facts Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel between Rentokil Initial site locations What’s in it for you? - Competitive package, including bonus and fully funded medical insurance for you and your family - Innovative and challenging environment where your ideas are valued and your career goals are supported - The interesting and diverse range of work to use and build your HR skills - Collaborative and supportive team environment So are you ready to join the team?
