This isn’t your typical HR role. You’ll be embedded in the engine room of the business, advising leaders, driving strategy, owning recruitment, and unlocking performance that powers real growth.

**WHAT YOU’LL OWN**

This role is equal parts strategic partner and talent accelerator.
- Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders - driving workforce planning, capability development, succession, and performance uplift.
- Bring generalist expertise across the full People & Capability remit - you're the go-to for everything from legislation to leadership coaching.
- Own and lead our recruitment game - we’re not hiring for today, we’re hiring for where we’re going. You’ll lead inclusive, targeted, and data-informed hiring strategies that deliver.
- Partner with hiring leaders to scope roles, shape hiring decisions, and bring in bold talent that lifts the bar.
- Drive alignment between business objectives and people strategy - delivering outcomes, not just plans.Be hands-on in initiatives that sharpen leadership, boost engagement, and shape a culture where ambition thrives.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**

You’re sharp, dependable, and don’t flinch under pressure. You know how to read a room, speak the language of business, and get things done.
- Strong experience as a People & Capability Business Partner or Senior Advisor ready to go next-level.
- Proven in-house recruitment experience - you know how to attract top tech and customer focused talent, and you move fast without compromising quality.
- Credibility to influence leaders and the resilience to challenge when it counts.
- Commercially astute - you understand what makes a business tick and how people strategy drives results.
- Practical, tactical, and strategic all in one. You think big and execute with precision.
- Excellent communicator and coach - skilled at building trust, clarity, and connection.A deep belief in people potential - and the drive to unlock it.
