**Permanent Position**
- The Taranaki District Health Board Engineering Services team provides a range of repair, maintenance and construction services across all of the TDHB owned sites with teams located at both Base and Hawera Hospitals.
- We currently have a position available for a qualified Plumber with a current practicing certificate issued by the Plumbers, Gasfitters & Drain Layers Board NZ.
- The purpose of this position is to undertake all general plumbing responsibilities across the Taranaki District Health Board, maintaining all plumbing fittings and fixtures and undertaking new installations as required.
- Other qualities required:
- Proven experience.- A mechanical background will be an advantage.- The right attitude and motivation with pride in your work.-
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-
- Proven skills in communication, conflict management and problem solving.-
- Should be computer literate.-
- Current NZ Drivers Licence.-
- Knowledge of the District Health Board environment is desirable.-
