**What you’ll be doing**:

- Develop and maintain backend components of fulfilment software
- Build and maintain fulfilment templates with business rules and dynamic content.
- Optimise Designer workflows for efficient processing.
- Implement and test business logic to deliver accurate reporting outcomes.
- Liaise with the report writing team to ensure data extraction and report production meet high standards.
- Collaborate with IT on archiving outputs to Azure cloud storage.
- Provide technical support on software features and maintain key infrastructure documentation.

**You are**:

- Technical Aptitude: Tertiary qualification in technology or commerce with exposure to C#, Python, or Java preferable. Comfortable with data analysis and adapting to complex systems.
- SDLC Knowledge: Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and release management.
- Communication: Ability to liaise with internal teams and vendors, contributing to clear documentation.
- Attention to Detail: Focused on accuracy, especially with financial data and reports.
- Curiosity & Learning: Eager to learn new technologies and improve skills.
