**What this opportunity involves**:
We’re looking for a personable, professional and proactive Compliance Officer to support our New Zealand business on a part time basis In this varied and busy role, your primary duty is to provide support for compliance and risk management.
- A snapshot of the role:
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of the reporting entity’s AML/CFT risk assessment, AML/CFT ‘risk based’ compliance programme, and supporting policies
- Advise the business on all compliance matters to ensure that JLL is compliant with legislation
- Be NZ’s point of contact for new initiatives driven by the JLL Regional/Global legal teams
- Provide leadership and contribute to a compliance culture across the business

You can build strong relationships and engage with a very broad range of stakeholders with diverse skillsets and personalities coupled with solid verbal and written communication skills.

Commercially savvy, with a highly responsive, proactive and solutions-oriented mind-set, you are able to effectively juggle priorities to meet time frames and deadlines set by the business. You are also able to work independently as well as in a team.
