**About the job**:
We’re looking for an experienced Operator to join our team in Timaru
**The role involves**:

- Operating and maintaining heavy plant and machinery, such as Hydrovac, high-pressure jetting truck, excavators, loaders, rollers and heavy trade vehicles to transport, load and unload materials safely.
- Reinstate sites with asphalt and topsoil.
- General labouring such as cleaning, clearing and lifting.
- Work as a team and use excellent quality workmanship.

**What you’ll need**:

- Ideally you will have extensive experience operating Hydrovac and High-Pressure Jetting Truck and hydraulic excavators.
- Desirable experience on asphalt and topsoil reinstatement.
- You will have experience in the maintenance of plant and mechanical knowledge of how plant works.
- A relevant TMO Qualification and Dangerous goods transport is desirable
- You will need to be physically fit, health and safety focused and work well in a team as well as independently.
- Full class 1, 2, 3, and 4 licences, WTR endorsements, and an ability to drive a manual is essential
