CBay are on the lookout for an Aquatic Education Coordinator It’s no secret that our community loves to swim and we need an enthusiastic individual to join our awesome aquatic education team and deliver our quality swim programme.

Your challenge will be coordinating, developing, and implementing all high-quality aquatic education programmes and activities. This also includes managing an effective administration system for all procedures and programmes. You will also find yourself in the pool, teaching our future generation essential life skills.

You will work closely alongside the Aquatic Operations Team Leader to help provide first-line leadership to the LTS team, communicate company goals, and implement safety practices.

Our aquatic education team are inspiring teachers who create a fun learning environment for all. Your ability to engage with all ages, abilities, and needs while delivering amazing customer service is essential.

Coming from a coaching, teaching, or swimming background, you will combine your coaching and leadership skills with a love for the water and a passion for helping our swimmers improve their skills.

In this busy role, you will see yourself leading the Aquatic Education staff (including external contractors), arranging and managing rosters, supporting recruitment, and undertaking performance reviews and assessments.

This permanent full-time role offers 40 hours per week split between working in the office and getting in the water. If you’re ready to take on the challenge and think you’ve got what it takes, we want to hear from you
