Education Perfect is searching for two mathematics specialists (1x Educational Content Editor, 1x Quality Editor) who will help reshape traditional teaching approaches to classroom and remote education.

**About the Roles**:
EP is passionate about growing our library of quality, curriculum-aligned online learning experiences for students in New Zealand and a number of growing markets. To this end we are looking for two experienced mathematics specialists to join our Content Team. These roles can be based remotely anywhere in New Zealand.

**Educational Content Editor Mathematics key **responsibilities include**:

- Collaborating within a cross-functional team to edit and enhance educational content for use in our software
- Meeting quality and effectiveness targets in all tasks
- Managing your project tasks and time via online tools/software.

**Quality Editor Mathematics key **responsibilities include**:

- Checking, editing and reviewing our educational content to ensure design standards are met
- Managing the publishing process of educational content
- Providing simple, clear and effective communication and training for content writers and editors on design standards
- Meeting quality and effectiveness targets in all tasks
- Advocating best practice in learning technologies and instructional design
- Collaborating on design and quality projects that contribute to the evolution of our design and quality standards, based on your areas of strength or interest.

**Key requirements for both roles include**:

- Current right to live and work in New Zealand
- Specialist skills in mathematic concepts up to a senior secondary level, with a comfort in senior science.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide training/upskilling to contributing writers and editors.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure our instructional design standards are reached.
- A continuous improvement mindset; always looking for opportunities to improve ways of working.

**Desired but not required**:

- A mathematics related tertiary qualification.
- Experience teaching / tutoring mathematics
