An exciting opportunity is on offer for an experienced Editor to join a respected Learning Design team.

As the Learning Editor you will proof-read, analyse and edit all resources prior to final deployment including print and digital products. You will support the team by continuing to develop and implement process and continuous improvement documentation to ensure quality control of products that are produced.

Working in a sizeable team, you will have great communication skills and are motivated to guide and educate others on the standards that you know are expected.

**The qualifications and experience you will bring to this team**
- 2 5 years experience in editing/publishing in a related field
- Copy/Online editorial experience
- Exposure to the educational sector would be an advantage, but not an absolute

**Skills and attributes that will be valued**
- Great time management to work through high volume content
- A keen eye for detail
- Flexibility to work on several projects simultaneously
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a thorough knowledge of spelling, grammar, and vocabulary
- A good understanding of the processes involved in publishing print and online content
- Skill using digital technology
- Knowledge of media law, including copyright and defamation would be helpful

This is an exciting opportunity to develop experience and knowledge within the tertiary/adult education sector.
