**Your Impact**

Reporting to the Program Manager Asahi Beverages New Zealand (ABNZ), you will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day project delivery operations of the master data project stream and the project master data team to support the wider business in within a business transformation program. In addition, you will take charge of leading all data assessment, cleansing, migration and governance initiativesto ensure successful outcomes of the program.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Data Management Cleansing and Migration Strategy** - Establish & rollout an enterprise-wide centralised data management cleansing and migration strategy to support the business transformation program
- Lead data migration activities including but not limited to data cleansing, data creation, data conversion, issue resolution, and data validation
- **Data Management Governance** - Develop measurable KPI’s to show success and progression of master data management capabilities, as well as tracking/reporting on their success and progression
- **Data Management Execution**:

- Lead the MDM Workstream for the business, partnering with business, IT and consulting partners globally as part of the NZ transformation project and system implementation
- Monitor program timelines, milestones, and team progress to ensure objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realised.

**About you**:
You are passionate about ensuring that an organisation's master data is effectively managed and utilised to support business operations, decision-making, and strategic initiatives. You also bring:

- Solid master data management experience such as master data stewardship, quality management, governance, and process ownership
- Hands-on experience working with SAP ECC, Dynamics 365and other ERP systems
- At least 8 years experience in supporting large scale master data projects associated with business transformation programs/strategic initiatives
- Good understanding on business commercials (P&L)/KPIs and an appreciation of organisational issues/challenges
- Demonstrated project management experience managing key performance metrics and understanding their respective impact to business strategy
- Ability to drive and govern critical stakeholder management processes
- The ability to thrive in changing environment while navigating ambiguity
