Used Vehicle Sales ManagerWe are on the hunt for a used vehicle sales manager for our Albany Toyota dealership. We are looking for someone who can assist with all functions of sales management and drive sales in our family owned and operated business.

As Sales Manager, you are responsible for the dealership’s customer retention and profitability in the used vehicle department. You are ultimately accountable for the quality, capability, training, effectiveness and customer satisfaction of the retail sales force.

This role would be suitable for someone with proven leadership and sales success, a vehicle sales background is an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Motivate, monitor, educate, empower and challenge your team to achieve- Lead by example- Ability to attract, retain and develop talent- A self-starter, well organised, full or energy, drive and commitment- Builds trust, cohesiveness and teamwork- Strong knowledge of the New Zealand Used Vehicle market- Proven negotiation and closing skillsIf you possess a strong team mentality and consider yourself a high achiever in automotive sales then we want to hear from you.
