The purpose of this role is to assist in the day to day running and management of the centre. In this role you will be reporting to the Regional Business Manager. **You responsibilities will include but are not limited to** - Management of the entire administration and clinical team, working closely with the GP Lead and Nurse Lead - Continuous Quality Improvement and Risk Management. Being familiar with legislation and ensuring that the centre is legally compliant - Financial Management - Human Resources: conduct interviews, oversee recruitment, complete appropriate weekly reports, ensure personnel files are up to date - Maintain key internal and external relationships, to ensure a harmonious and professional working environment - Building maintenance: includes but not limited to, over seeing the running of building contracts which includes maintenance and security - You will be working with a team that includes the Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, Reception Team Lead and others **You will bring to the role**: - Prior experience in Practice Management in a GP practice. - Previous primary care management or administration experience. - Accreditation/ Quality improvement experience. - Financial management and/or accounting skills. - Working knowledge of MedTech 32, Microsoft word and excel. - Have strong interpersonal communication skills. - Be honest, reliable and self motivated. - Be able to work independently and in a team to meet goals and deadlines. - Ability to delegate and direct others in a positive and sensitive way. - Have financial management or accounting skills.
