**The role**
As a Senior UX Designer, it will be your responsibility to develop elegant, easy-to-use designs to be used to assess new innovations as a UX / UI Product Designer across research, user testing & wireframing. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing projects, mentoring junior designers, and inspiring the team with your expertise and passion for user-centered design.

As a Senior UX Designer, you'll bring a strong portfolio of work that showcases your ability to lead design projects from research to launch. You should have a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and the ability to clearly communicate design solutions to stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead UX design projects from research to launch
- Mentor junior designers and help them grow their skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

**What do you need?**
- 6+ years Product Design experience with an associated portfolio of work within a Marketing/Agency/Client environment
- Experience in managing projects
- Extensive experience working on websites, mobile apps and digital products
- Software experience in Adobe - Figma etc
- Experience in developing early-stage solutions to complex problems with the wider team
- Experience in hosting workshops for internal and external members of projects
- Have worked with the Scrum Framework
- Experience in providing clients with the best possible product experience requires designing, testing, and validating solutions.
- You should be creative, energetic, and able to contribute to and promote ongoing enhancements of the design methodologies.
- Maintain the right balance between being pragmatic and visionary during design implementation.
- A positive & outgoing attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
