Senior UX Design roles at Kiwibank lead digital user experience design to make our customer and staff's lives easier. Delivering to our purpose of Kiwi making Kiwi better off by anticipating user needs and providing simple, easy and accessible ways for customers to do their banking, wherever and whenever they wish.

In this role you will work on a transformational project supporting both Business and Retail lending, focused on the experience of Kiwibank teams (staff). You will embed into a cross-functional team alongside CX and Design Research, Transformation Leads, BAs, Digital & Technology, and broader Business Stakeholders to creatively shape and evolve the digital lending experience for Kiwibank.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- Accomplished UX designer with proven ability to drive design initiatives of varying scale, embedding design thinking in the teams or projects you work with
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates your design of thoughtfully crafted, consistent and brand-aligned user experiences for complex internal (staff) experiences
- Experience with shaping the configuration out of the box third party products using design principals and guidelines
- Experience in leveraging UX patterns to support learning and change adoption teams
- An excellent communicator who can inspire and influence stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the design vision while delivering great outcomes
- Someone who is curious, empathetic and orient around doing what is meaningful, purposeful and delivers value
- Experience in supporting and participating in user research, usability testing, and leveraging data and insights to drive pragmatic evidence-based decision making
- Rich understanding of UX and UI design best practice and heuristics
