**Position Entails**:
- Strong focus on delivering high-level customer service, safety and security services for our clients and customers.
- Security guarding duties for the client, their customers and the site.
- Ensure a healthy and safe environment for all staff & visitors.
- Work collaboratively within a tight-knit Team.
**Do you think this sounds like you?**
- Some security experience or a COA Security License is advantageous; however, if not & you are the right person, we can help you obtain one if you are 18 years old or over, have a clean criminal record & eligible to work in NZ.
- Physical fitness - capable of handling lots of walking and standing for long periods of time.
- Have strong customer service and people skills.
- Possess a strong work ethic, desire to take responsibility, use initiative & act fast in situations.
- Must be professional, confident and honest at all times.
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must ensure a clean and tidy presentation.
- Willingness to work as part of a fantastic team & grow with Red Badge Group.
- Must be available to work as a part of a rotating roster, including evenings, nights and weekends.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
