**About the role**:
As regional Head of Project Delivery, you are a key member of the Veovo Senior Management team. You will be reporting to the Regional GM and work closely with the Sales team, Account Management, Product, Engineering and Service Delivery teams, as well as company shared services such as Finance, Commercial and Information Security.

In your role as Head of Project Delivery, you are responsible for the overall success of all aspects of program Delivery within the region. Your Program and Project Management skills will ensure the effective governance, management and reporting of all deliverables to all stakeholder parties - both internal and external.

You are a strong leader, comfortable with managing software delivery, coaching and nurturing Delivery teams, budgeting, have an agile mindset, and a clear understanding of the business’ bigger picture and commercial goals.

Successful Delivery against financial goals and customer satisfaction metrics will be your key purpose.

As this is a customer-centric airport technology role, with a regional scope, a reasonable level of travel is required.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Overall responsibility for all Delivery activities and associated outcomes across the region.
- Accountable for regional Delivery performance, including but not limited to customer satisfaction, scope, schedule, and Veovo profitability targets.
- Manage and lead the resolution of project related escalations, issues, and disputes.
- Evaluate, review, and implement project methodology standards for continuous delivery improvement across Veovo.
- Manage the strategic aspects of all regional project engagements, identifying and mitigating risks at a program level.
- Monitor and review high level deliverables and performance across all regional Delivery - including pre, current and post implementation reviews.
- At times and where required within your own program, you may directly manage the delivery of projects (known as your projects) while managing and leading other Project Managers.
- Builds cross-functional Veovo relationships, setting clear expectations for internal requirements of which our Delivery obligations depend upon.
- Ability to engage with and mobilise partner resources to achieve the goals of the regional Delivery program.
- Oversees and ensures that regional Delivery projects successfully adhere to Veovo contractual obligations.
- Ensures compliance with ISO 27001, Prince 2 and Agile methodologies practices as applicable.

**Requirements of the role**
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of various Project Management methodologies.
- A track record of providing PMO and/or PM leadership across Veovo projects, delivering major customer projects in a multi-disciplinary and complex Program Management context.
- A proven leader and people manager within a matrix style organisation.
- Significant knowledge of the Veovo solutions, and delivery of these solutions across a diverse customer base.
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritise.
- Proven Delivery effort estimation and forecasting / scheduling capabilities.
- Possess strong planning and delivery orientation skills, underpinned by excellent financial and business acumen.
- Be collaborative and an excellent communicator, with extensive client and stakeholder management experience.
- Proven negotiation and commercial skills - finding the best outcome for the customer and Veovo.
- At least 3 years airport industry experience.
- At least 5 years working for an enterprise level software vendor and/or professional services / consulting company.
