We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced communications specialist to join our team.

**General responsibilities**

Working within the Central Production team and alongside the Visual Communication Manager, you will help create and deliver engaging communications across various channels. You will be responsible for the execution of internal communications to ensure our crew understand and are engaged with Wētā FX’s purpose, strategy, news, and changes across our global business.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Senior Leadership team and other stakeholders to support with drafting communications and ensuring alignment across all internal messaging
- Support the business with drafting communications plans for global projects/initiatives
- Write, Edit and Deliver high quality internal communications, including high quality written materials and rich multimedia
- Measure and report on key activity across our various communication channels

**Profile and Experience**:

- Excellent content and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Proven ability to project manage and work with multiple stakeholders
- Competent in the design and use of Microsoft Office tools
- Prior experience in a similar communications role
- Experience in people and change communications would be beneficial

**Personality and style**:
You’ll be a natural writer and bring to the role a desire to be innovative in your approach to people communications and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be accustomed to working to build world class communications tools and have a passion for people and employee engagement.
