Project Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our team on a major commercial project in Christchurch. The project involves heavy steel and precast construction with post-tensioned concrete slab, and requires a skilled professional to oversee its completion.

Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of three permanent site managers, a project manager, and QS based on-site. You will also be responsible for communication with stakeholders, planning, quality assurance, health & safety, and managing sub-trades, supervisors, foremen, and laborers.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale commercial construction projects, with a focus on communication, planning, quality assurance, and health & safety. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and ensure the successful completion of projects.
