**We have an exciting opportunity to join our Team in this Full-Time role in Christchurch**:
Christchurch Site Manager is expected to work a minimum of 35 hours a week with an ability to work on the weekends and holidays if required.

The Site Manager role involves full autonomous control of our business including but not limited to:

- Plan and manage day to day operational aspects of the business as per set standards
- Manage staff by recruiting selecting orienting and training employees
- Monitor staff performance conduct performance reviews and appraisals
- Develop and implement promotional and marketing strategies to promote the business
- Promote the organization locally by liaising with local newspapers and the community in general
- Initiate changes to improve the business e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the sites can compete effectively in the local market
- Ensure the sites presentation is consistently of highest standard and complies with all the relevant requirements
- Maintain stock levels and make key decisions about stock control by implementing purchasing policies and staying in contact with vendors and ensure ordered products are delivered and accurately invoiced
- Undertake budgeting and reviewing the expenses of the sites
- Maintain records of finances invoices stocktake rosters and incidents
- Manage day to day banking and accounts of the business
- Tour the sites regularly talking to staff and customers to identify or resolve urgent issues to maintain the reputation of the business
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with the current and potential customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
- Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner
- Ensure the business and staff comply with Occupational Health and Safety guidelines
- Perform any other duties as may be required by the Operations Director/ Owner from time to time.
