Salary is open to negotiation - Be involved in various projects across the business - Established, multi-national company ConsultANZ is seeking a professional with experience in Commercial Management for a new role as the National Commercial Manager for New Zealand. **The Company** This role is with a well-established, multi-national company operating in the building sector. They deliver range of building services, from design consultation to construction and fit out. They mainly deliver commercial, residential, defense, and industrial projects. **About the Role** Your role as the National Commercial Manager may include but won't be limited to: - Report and provide Commercial & Contractual support to the company - Managing the Commercial aspects of the live projects - Be involved in Monitoring and Managing Commercial & Contractual governance across the company and work streams - Prepare Commercial Correspondence and responses - Have a good understanding of the terms of the Contracts and how they relate to the work - Overseeing Procurement activities, which may include defining scope of works, negotiating contracts, administering live accounts, through to closing out final accounts **Requirements**: - A relevant tertiary qualification and/or 10+ years in a commercial related field - A proven history working with an established building contractor - Strong contractual acumen - Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - Ideally you will be intelligent, ambitious and highly motivated - Ability and previously demonstrated experience in managing an established team - Strong leadership skills and the ability direct all commercial aspects within the company **Benefits** - A negotiable salary package with a given range of approximately $270k - $300k - Work for a well-established company with a solid pipeline of work - The company holds many opportunities for growth and internal movement - Described as a company with a "good family and cultural feel where you won't be treated as a number" We are now taking expressions of interest for this role from those with full working rights within NZ. **APPLY NOW** **REFER A FRIEND** Was this opportunity not right for you?
