**About the role**

**Salary: $52,000 to $58,000**

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager

You will have the opportunity to:

- Help build a vibrant, energetic and inclusive team culture by assisting with the recruitment, training and coaching of team members
- Drive the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience which exceeds expectations each and every time
- Ensure our products are delicious, craveable, and #instaworthy
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational targets
- Supervising team members to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly

**Skills and Experience**

As the Assistant Manager you will need to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and consistently deliver a smooth operation which inspires our customers and team members to Live Más

We are looking for a talented individual who has:

- Experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume hospitality or retail environment
- Experience in a supervisory role where you have trained and managed a team
- Exposure to ordering, managing wastage and controlling labour costs
- Passion for people and driving a successful team culture
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- LCQ qualification/Bar Managers certificate and prior experience serving alcohol would be advantageous
