**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Reporting to the GM Podcast Commercial & Partnerships, your purpose is to optimise and monitor the advertising campaigns running across the NZME Podcast Network which consists of seven different sources; ensuring campaigns deliver results and enhances the listening experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will work closely with Producers, Planning, Commercial, Data and Ad Operations in delivering the most effective and efficient campaigns for the client, which generates the highest profit for NZME, all in-line with our belief that ‘what’s good for the listener, is good for the advertiser’ - with the end goal of meeting team revenue targets.

Day-to-day you will:

- Be the central point for podcast bookings, once loaded in the ad platform
- Optimise live campaigns to hit delivery targets and avoiding any clashes
- Report and analyse inventory availability to help achieve targets
- Provide data of post-sales results

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Ideally, you will be a broadcasting, business or media graduate; Ad Ops experience is not essential but strongly preferred
- Minimum year experience in a similar role
- Experiences with Triton or Adswizz platforms an advantage
- An up-beat personality with great people skills
- The willingness to learn and adapt in this fast-paced environment
- Analytical and numerical abilities
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills
