At Auror, our mission is to help communities to reduce crime. Our starting point has been helping the retail industry and law enforcement partners to reduce theft and Organized Retail Crime, a $150 billion problem globally. It’s high volume crime that’s increasingly organized in nature and is putting people, retailers, and communities at risk every day.

Auror connects people with intelligence to reduce crime. As a company, we’ve built a high-performing, positive culture with a focus on providing an inclusive environment for a diverse team. We have an experienced team working on our Law Enforcement partnerships with vast experience both within Police and supporting Police.
Auror is a highly collaborative team. We believe that together we go further, so we work hard to build alignment and use open communication as a way to share and gather context.
We expect that this role will build strong relationships throughout Auror - particularly with Marketing, Customer Success, Commercial, and Product. Who will you report to?
You’ll be reporting to Rhod Thomas, our Chief Customer Officer. Hear from Rhod below and you can connect with him on Linkedin here.
I am originally from Wales; with a love for rugby, rolling hills and good beer, the only other place in the world I was ever going to settle-down was going to be New Zealand Even though I now call this place home, my background is in Management Consulting and I have been very fortunate that this has allowed me to work all over the world with a wide range of organisations. I have come to realise that working on challenging problems, having variety, and working with smart, driven people are really important for me to be happy and successful in work. Therefore, I thrive in collaborative environments, I love a good methodology and do my best thinking at a whiteboard with a pen in hand. Outside of work, I try to get out on the water as much as possible and am happiest with a fishing rod in hand, catching dinner for family and friends.
**Requirements**:
As our VP Global Law Enforcement Partnerships, you’ll bring the following skills and experience:
10+ years of prior experience working within law enforcement agencies at a senior level
An understanding of the global law enforcement la
