Position Description | Pharmacy Technician
**Moū - About you**
Are you a Level 4 or Level 5 qualified Pharmacy Technician or are you interested in training as a Pharmacy Technician? Then this position presents the ideal opportunity for you.
This exciting role is a vital part of the Gisborne Hospital Pharmacy Department and is part of a high functioning, supportive and forward thinking team. The role includes dispensing prescriptions (inpatient and outpatient), ordering medications, completing ward stock levels and taking medication histories with inpatients on the wards.
It is expected that applicants will have excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to work well within a small team and high accuracy with great attention to detail.
You will be supported by Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and a Pharmacy assistant.
