**Here’s what you’ll be doing**
This role has all the HR generalist bases covered. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll be involved in providing great quality first line support to managers, assisting with simple ER queries, onboarding and induction, some end to end recruitment, coordinating external training and HR reporting. You’ll also support the HR Manager on the full range of HR cyclical processes, such as rem reviews and performance. You’ll also check fortnightly payroll and liaise with the external payroll provider, keep the HRIS up to date and provide a range of HR administrative support. Plus, this is your chance to gain experience working in a unionised environment

**Skills and experience you’ll bring**
Attention to detail and an energetic approach are your superpowers You’ll have worked in an HR team already - perhaps as an HR administrator and now you’re ready for a broader role, or as an HR coordinator and you’re seeking more variety and growth. You have a continuous improvement focus and enjoy finding more efficient ways to solve problems. You’re an organised, resourceful and self-motivated person with excellent relationship building and communication skills.
