Our
**Wiri **based client is looking for a star HR Coordinator to hit the ground running as soon as possible.

**About the role**
The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing HR administrative support on a day to day basis. The role contributes to the development and maintenance of the HR function and HR support systems. The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resource Team in providing comprehensive HR service to managers and employees.
**Some of your responsibilities will include**:
- Maintaining high-volume recruitment
- Supporting HR team in recruitment and selection processes where required
- Preparing job offer documentation and ensuring new start processes are in place and in action, including all background checks
- Assisting with the induction and onboarding process
- Assisting managers in the recruitment and onboarding processes and the use of Snaphire and SilkRoad Onboarding
- Issuing variation letters for employees eg: salary/wage increases, transfers, promotions, parental leave
- Ensuring electronic personnel files are maintained and filing is completed in a timely manner
- Ensuring that all payroll instructions are prepared and logged in time for the payroll cycle(s) eg; contractual variations, new starters, leavers, contractual benefits/allowances and staff benefits
**Ideally, you will have the following skills and experience**:
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant HR/administrative position
- Experience with working with HR systems in particular SnapHire
- Experience in a range of administrative support functions and ability to maintain accuracy
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate to a diverse range of people clearly and effectively
- Excellent time management skills and experience of successfully achieving deadlines, and working without close supervision
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
You must be able to start immediately.
