Tamatea PAK’nSAVE are currently seeking a Cleaner to work across our various Fresh Foods departments in the evenings.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This position involves primarily working in our Service Deli department and on occasion support our Butchery and Bakery departments that all turn over a very high volume of product each day.

**We have 1 part time role available working the following roster**:
**Tuesdays & Wednesdays 2pm - 6pm**
**Saturdays 12pm - 4pm**

Responsibilities include:

- Cleaning and maintaining the departments to a very high standard to meet food safety regulations
- Meticulous and strong attention to detail
- Communicating any cleaning issues or shortage of cleaning products to the Duty Manager
- Adhering to the required cleaning procedures set down for all areas of the department
- Interacting with customers and helping them with queries if approached

We are looking for someone who has commitment, initiative, the ability to work well unsupervised.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

- Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a commercial environment
- Ability to work independently, using initiative and coping with repetitive work
- Strong attention to detail, and taking pride in your work
- Physically able and reliable
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Rights to work in New Zealand
