**Role Overview**:
As Director of Sales and Marketing, oversee global sales and marketing activities, driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Lead teams, set targets, analyse market trends, manage budgets, and report on performance.

**Responsibilities**:Leadership and Team Management**:

- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts globally, ensuring team alignment and accountability.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address challenges.

**Sales and Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement plans to achieve revenue targets, adapting to market shifts.
- Analyse customer insights and market trends to inform marketing strategies.

**Budgeting and Reporting**:

- Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and track sales metrics and KPIs.
- Present reports on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.

**Digital Marketing and Brand Management**:

- Oversee digital channels, including websites and social media, to drive brand awareness.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

**Creative Direction and Content Management**:

- Guide creative direction for advertising and communications, maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage content for various touchpoints to engage customers and support sales efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales or marketing roles, with a track record of aligning strategies with business goals.
- Proven success in driving global sales through effective sales and marketing activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in people and project management, multitasking, and decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize metrics-driven sales and marketing, while fostering creativity.
- Digital Proficiency: Experience with digital marketing, automation, and CRM tools.
- Capable of following company policies and procedures and adapting to changes.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
