**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced **Store Manager** to cover **parental leave until June 2026**. You’ll be responsible for leading our team, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is your chance to step into a dynamic leadership role, keeping the store running smoothly and making a real impact.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales and service goals.
- Ensure the store operates efficiently, from stock management to visual merchandising.
- Deliver a great customer experience every day, inspiring the team to do the same.
- Monitor performance metrics and manage day-to-day store operations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development as required.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Retail management experience, preferably in footwear, fashion, or similar.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a positive, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
