Store Manager

We are looking for a suitable Store Manager for our store - you will be solely managing the store with other staff reporting to and supporting you in your role. You will need to have an excellent work ethic and will be prepared to have some early mornings and late nights. Ideally, you will be able to use your knowledge, skills and experience to research new ideas about how we can grow and expand our business. You will have sole responsibility for running the operations of the store.
**Daily Tasks Involved in the role**:
Duties are Dealing with suppliers, hiring, training and supervision of staff, providing excellent customer service, marketing and promoting the store, maintaining quality standards, budgeting, ordering and maintaining stock and creating policies for the store.
We are looking for a mature staff member who are able to work on their own without any supervision and mínimal training. They must be able to communicate to a diverse range of people and be able to maintain professional customer service in any circumstance.
We guarantee at least 30 hours of work per week for this role. The minimum payrate for this role is $29 per hour and the maximum payrate is $32 per hour.
