**The Role**

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, and working with the Distribution Coordinator, you will be responsible for dispatching orders, receipting goods, and managing inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures. This will involve picking and packing outwards goods, unloading, and storing inwards goods, and assisting with stock takes. You will take pride in maintaining or - even better - improving the KPIs for your area and will provide exceptional service when dealing with customers or preparing their orders, whilst always adhering to company health and safety requirements.

This role is pivotal to the wider functions of the business. Essential to your success will be your strong literacy, numeracy, and computer skills along with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and a continuous improvement focus. Ideally, you will also have previous data entry, warehousing, dispatching experience and an understanding of freight booking.

**You will also have**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a sense of humour
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a logical practical approach
- A high level of physical fitness for this active role
- A Full clean Drivers License
- A Forklift License (desirable, but training can be provided)
