Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Administration Manager to join our team. As the Business Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative operations of our company. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the administration team, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and budget management
- Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes and systems
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including corporate clients and suppliers, to ensure smooth business operations
- Monitor and analyze administrative performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in a similar Business Administration Manager role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in financial management, including accounts payable and receivable
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative task

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manukau, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
