We’re on the hunt for a highly motivated Duty Manager to oversee HELL’s fun loving people, ensuring that they continue to prepare and deliver the best Pizza, Pasta, Salad and Sides in NZ. We’re looking for someone to oversee our minions who make NZ’s favourite pizzas. You’ll have to have a passion for serving up delicious food quickly, and be keen to motivate our young Hell team. Of course you’ll also have to have wicked customer service skills, be a team leader and have a great sense of humour
Managing shifts of demon workers can create pressure, and you need to be able to keep a cool head. Experience in the hospitality industry is a must, and managerial experience would be welcomed. If you have had extensive industry experience, but no managerial experience, don’t panic We will still consider those with industry experience and the right attitude.
Description
- Lead by example, you set the standard for everyone else to follow
- The ability to take, make and hand over perfectly executed orders
- Staff management - Overseeing the Minions, planning and creating rosters
- Stock management - Managing ordering and food costs
- Health & Safety - Implementing & carrying out Health & Safety procedures
- Marketing & Promotions - Overseeing marketing and the execution of exciting Hell campaigns
- Customer service - High customer service standards, including customer recovery
- Financial duties - Cashing up and Banking duties

Even though we’re from HELL, we still do some heavenly work through supporting our local communities, sustainability initiatives, environmentally conscious, encouraging diversity and catering to as many different dietary options as possible
Hours of work may vary, All applicants must be prepared to work at least one weekend night (Fri or Sat) until 11pm.
