**Truck Sales Specialist**
- Penske New Zealand
- MAN, Western Star fleet sales
- Base salary + commission + vehicle

Your core responsibility in this role will be to proactively identify new business opportunities whilst maintaining excellent relationships with our extensive customer database. We are seeking a driven Sales Consultant, ideally you come from a similar background and a have a proven track record excelling in your role.

**Key Job functions will also include**:

- Selling MAN and Western Star trucks into fleet and retail customer markets in line with established targets.
- Developing strategies to enter new markets and expand the customer base.
- Play a part in developing and implementing key sales initiatives, programmes, campaigns and techniques to support Penske sales and marketing efforts.
- Provide customers with current information on product development, technical specifications, regional and national regulations, and industry developments.
- When required, participate in relevant industry conferences and seminars such as field days, truck shows etc.
- Review monthly sales performance, prepare and submit sales reports and identify barriers to performance with recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure new truck handover is conducted professionally and exceeds the expectations of our customers, our business and our brand to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Promoting and enhancing the MAN and Western Star products and the sales and workshop service team.
