Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The new national Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC) senior leadership team is being established within Te Whatu Ora. This leadership group will support the development and implementation of Te Whatu Ora's P&SC operating model which is Nationally-led, and Delivered Nationally, Regionally and Locally.
Join our Procurement & Supply Chain team in the key role of National Manager, Business Support. This is an opportunity to lead system change and continuous improvement within Procurement & Supply Chain.
Areas that the National Manager will oversee include national customer and system support, master data and continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with the wider Procurement & Supply Chain function, Data and Digital and Finance to;
- Lead the prioritisation of systems developments and changes to support business needs
- Oversee the implementation of Oracle and the national Health System Catalogue from a Procurement and Supply Chain perspective
- Utilise technology to improve customer service management
- Drive continuous improvement

Ultimately you will be tasked with creating strong processes and supporting the business to use them, at every stage.
Mōu | About you
You are an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain professional, with experience in leadership and change management. Your key strengths lie in imbedding process, leading service delivery, tracking improvements and KPIs and getting workflows running like clockwork.
As the person keeping things running smoothly, you'll need to be a strong technical and non-technical communicator, who fosters innovation and continuous improvement.. Most importantly, you are able to take full ownership of your assignments and responsibilities and make good decisions at pace.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience

**You will have**:

- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a willingness to learn and grow
- Ideally, experience with, or exposure to, the health context in Aotearoa. If you have ERP/Master Data experience in a complex in hospital environment, that would be a bonus
- Proven 5+ years extensive experience in use of an ERP system and knowledge of how to enhance ERP system & master data management
- Management experience in complex and matrix based environments
- Oracle knowledge is preferred
