**Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity**
- The Senior Technical Property Specialist role will see you working with a team of technical specialists to provide and promote outcome focused, technical property services for public, internal and external stakeholders in respect of the property interests that impact the road corridor.
- This role will support the Acquisitions & Property Services Manager and the wider Strategic Development Programmes and Property Group to enable the achievement of group objectives.

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- Recent study completed in property or a related field such as planning or legal.
- Or a tertiary qualification in property, planning, law or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in property including leasing, licensing and property transactions.
- Desirable will be experience in the Local Government Act, Public Works Act and other statutory and public sector processes.
- Desirable will be experience with Landonline and knowledge of e-dealing, searching records of title, spatial searching, encumbrances and registered interests.
